Pojang-eyo! is a platform service that trades surplus products from local commercial districts and is a team project that was completed from ideation to user testing over two days using Google’s ‘Design Sprint’ method.
<Pojang-eyo!>, which began with the question, ”Can‘t we use surplus products left over due to inventory management failure?“ is a service that sells leftover food at store closing time at a price that is more than 30% lower than the regular price. Based on your location, you can choose from a variety of foods, including bakeries, convenience stores, and hotel breakfasts within up to 5km. Food can be registered based on store circumstances such as order cancellation as well as imminent deadlines, and the reason for registration reduces resistance to surplus food. You can use it for in-store pickup or unmanned locker pickup.
